XPR Media Launches Publisher Review and Approval Tools

New workflow gives publishers control over content review, revisions and approval before publication

MIAMI, FL, Sept. 10, 2026 — XPR Media LLC, (www.xpr.media) an agency-first content distribution platform, has introduced publisher review and approval tools for managed paid content, giving participating publishers more direct control over how submitted content is reviewed before publication.

Through the XPR platform, publishers can review submitted content, approve or reject it, and request revisions. They can also define content guidelines, disclosure requirements and editorial standards that apply to content routed to their properties.

The workflow supports publisher-specific approval settings rather than applying one review model across the network. A publisher can require prepublication review for applicable content and use its own rules to determine what is eligible to appear on its sites. When a review step is required, the submitting agency is notified of approval decisions and revision requests through the workflow.

“Editorial control has to exist in the workflow, not just in the agreement,” said Pablo Goldstein, founder and CEO of XPR Media. “Publishers should be able to define their standards and make the final decision on the content they accept. Our role is to make that process easier to manage at scale.”

The tools are part of XPR’s publisher infrastructure for connecting PR, SEO and marketing agencies with participating media properties. Agencies use XPR to manage client content and distribution across multiple publishing destinations, while publishers retain control over the content they accept and the requirements that apply to their properties.

For publishers, the review workflow centralizes submission status, approval decisions and revision requests in one operating process. It also gives XPR a structured way to route agency content according to publisher-specific requirements instead of treating participating properties as interchangeable inventory.

“The publishers we work with are running real editorial operations and protecting brands they have built over years,” Goldstein said. “Paid content infrastructure should support those standards, not work around them.”

For agencies, incorporating publisher requirements into the submission process provides clearer visibility into content standards and requested changes before publication. That can reduce avoidable back-and-forth while preserving the publisher’s editorial decision.

XPR’s publisher network has grown to more than 1,500 properties. Publisher review and approval tools are available to publishers participating in XPR’s managed paid content programs.
