Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”) is pleased to welcome John Melton to its growing Aviation Specialty practice. Melton joins Relation with extensive experience advising aviation organizations on complex insurance and risk management strategies and will lead the continued growth of the firm’s Aviation Practice.
Melton has worked across a broad range of aviation risks, including commercial aviation, aerospace, aircraft manufacturing, airports, unmanned aircraft systems and general aviation. Throughout his career, he has partnered with organizations ranging from aircraft owners and operators to manufacturers and emerging aerospace companies, helping clients navigate complex insurance placements and evolving risk environments.

Before joining Relation, Melton specialized in aviation insurance, working with organizations across the aviation and aerospace industries on sophisticated insurance programs and risk management solutions. He is also a licensed pilot, bringing firsthand knowledge of the aviation industry and a passion for serving clients in this space.
